The Reality
realistically, I was invested in following in the act of implementing Cloud CRM from IT
- I investigated how a Senior IT specialist's works, and his team of 5 employees, who combined tech design and stake holders needs
- I spent abit over 24 hours at the work place, researching professional work spaces and tech stack designs
The Process & Outcomes
Day 1
participated in a weekly CS team meeting, interviewed a CS employee
Day 2
meeting with Taiwanese IT team, discussing possibility of implementation of designs
Day 3
obtained Taiwanese IT team green light and synced status with them, interviewed IT specialist and application engineer
Cloud CRM Implementation
5 person core IT development team lead by senior IT specialist. for stake holders like on-field engineers, they have to access data in real time through the engineer app. customer service has to be able to see calls, orders and schedule deliveries
What I Learnt from the Workfield
from the experience, I learnt alot about software usage, such as Outlook, Line, Cloud CRM / old CRM, SQL database integration, server room, and SAP software
